Gotta agree with Jerome's strategy on this one.

Wonderful idea, Carlo, and I admire your passion and commitment, but I like to cull the nuggets from the thousands of shows available, make "best of" mixes, and keep the spirit alive in that more manageable fashion.

Plus, as long as I've been on the Bus, I often have to admit there are times and shows when the Boys were either mailing it in or just didn't have it goin' on. Kinda pianful for me to admit that, but even harder to listen to (i.e. Jerry mumbling and stumbling his way thru a busted lyric or Phil chiming in with an ill-advised stab at background singing.) Hey, they said themselves they weren't perfect--expect for the "Perfect Brothers" shows of 1977, which were!

'course, as we all know, when they DID bring their "A" game--when the music played the band--there was nobody better.

Happy listening to all!

Ditto, Jerome and grendelschoice. While I like the enthusiasm exhibited by Carlo in his 40+ Project (and the very notion crossed my mind too btw) I doubt I could commit myself for such a length of time. I may drop by now and again for a key show though!

Hmmmm....tempting!
